In case you didn’t know… During the second quarter 2019 earnings call, Vince McMahon made references to All Elite Wrestling during a Q&A session. While discussing WWE’s creative content, Vince McMahon mentioned that they will be edgier but there will not be a return to the Attitude Era. They will remain in the PG environment. Vince McMahon also said that WWE will not “do blood and guts and things of that nature, such as what is being done on our new potential competitor”....
The following week in Boston, another new match was announced involving two former WWE stars. When the show comes to Beantown, AEW revealed on Twitter today that Jon Moxley will be facing off with the Chairman of All Elite Wrestling, Shawn Spears. Moxley returns to TV When AEW makes its television debut, it will also mark a return to network TV for the former Dean Ambrose, Jon Moxley. He’ll be at the first show in Washington DC on October 2nd but has now been advertised on TNT for an actual match on October 9th at the Agganis Arena in Boston....
